Counseling for Anxiety and Stress Management

Therapy to help you slow down and find peace within yourself.

You may have arrived here if you…

…have a stable life, but it still feels as if something bad is about to happen and you struggle to relax. You find it hard to appreciate the good in your life because your mind is always somewhere else worrying or planning for the future. You feel like you are always in need of a massage because your muscles are chronically tense. You struggle to believe in your ability to manage new challenges even though you’ve always done fine in the past. Sometimes it can feel like anxiety is running your life – almost as if you are in a car but instead of driving it, you find yourself in the passenger seat while your anxiety has the wheel.

However you arrived, I’m so glad you’re here. Read on to see if my anxiety therapy services might help you.

Anxiety doesn’t need to lead your life anymore.

Sometimes there are parts of us that struggle with anxiety. They typically have good intentions: trying to protect us from suffering and loss. However, they end up working harder than they need to and it can feel like they take over our lives with worry, restlessness, and muscle tension. It leaves us feeling depleted and disconnected from our friends, family, work, and the truest version of ourselves.

Fortunately, it doesn’t need to be like this.

Anxiety is a natural human emotion and, when it’s at the right volume, it’s an emotion that can help us make productive changes in our lives. Through therapy you can find ways to lower the volume of anxiety so you can tune in and take action on what really matters to you.

You can transform your relationship with anxiety.

My goal is to support you in creating a new relationship with these anxious parts of yourself. We don’t banish or shame these parts. Instead, we work to create a space where you can be curious and explore how you can work with your anxiety so it can give you the space you need to thrive in your life.

You can do this.

I’m here to support you.
